Patient Information

Our fees are as follows:

Standard Consult: $95.00 ($41.20 Medicare rebate)

Long Consult: $165.00 ($79.70 Medicare rebate)

Pro-Longed Consult: $195.00 ($117.40 Medicare rebate)

Face to face consultations are preferred but as of 1st November 2022, telephone consultations are available for existing patients who have been seen face to face within the last 12 months and who are unable to attend the clinic, ie patients who are Covid positive.

Standard phone consultation: $90.00 (rebate $41.20)

Long phone consultation: $145.00 (rebate $79.70)

Bulk Billing is available for Aged Pensioners and Children 15 years old or younger.

All consultations with the General Practitioners and others are privately billed as per our fee structure above.

Investigations and referred services may incur an out of pocket expense; enquire when making the appointment with these service providers.

Our goal is to provide a high standard of medical care for you and your family. We welcome feedback from any person using the services provided at this clinic.

Your suggestions, remarks and thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

There are patient feedback forms available from the reception and a "suggestions box" located in the waiting area.

If you have any complaints please talk tot he clinic staff and we will endeavour to address your concerns.

Abiding by the National Privacy Principles Berwick Family Medical maintains strict security with your clinical information only accessible by authorised members of our team. When your health information is transferred for further care, it is sent via secure fax or secure message. For full history transfer to/from another clinic you must sign a medical history request form and if sent on a disc it is sent via registered post.
